Guest Speaker, Jason Hodge
Getting in Shape for the New Year
Medical Fitness Pros founder, Jason Hodge, was voted the 2007, 2008, and 2010 Katy Personal Trainer of the Year among many other accolades. He holds fitness credentials from the Coopers Institute of Aerobic Research, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and other top fitness educators.
Jason obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Texas with a major in Kinesiology. An active member of the Chamber of Commerce (currently the Health and Wellness Committee Chair), he also serves on the Medical Exercise Specialists committee, and the American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehab Professionals.
Jason recalls “first getting into personal training after watching his dad suffer from chronic back pain.” Wanting to reach out and help others around him live their life to it’s fullest is what inspires him to do what he does. It’s his “calling”, not his job!
Jason has promised to share exactly how to get in shape ~ the process of what
it takes. He will give us the same details he would give one of his trainers about getting a client in shape. Simple, straight forward, not the typical one-liner sound bites. Jason will provide handouts, plus he will explain how to make, and stick to a gameplan, and how often to adjust it.
